Very much hoping to exhibit sometime in the Autumn in Chadlington, hopefully with Eleanor Clutton Brock, Crabby Taylor and Isabel Knowland. Meanwhile it may be possible in a few weeks time to show the work in my studio.
I'd also like to run a workshop or two in the Autumn, all being well
Mary has always been a maker, whether it's drawings, painting, pots, prints or collage. For many years she was a professional potter, but via a course in textiles she returned to her fine art roots, her father had been a painter. She makes the occasional pot, but drawing and painting are the main focus of her work, hopefully passing on some of the enthusiasm and wonder for the creative process to participants in her occasional workshops in Chadlington. The more 'Zen' style of drawing has fed into painting which is now possibly heading more in the direction of abstraction.
