Have branched out from print-making lately, and during the past nine months or so have been making needle-felted objects, mainly portrait heads/masks, having collected odd bits of wool from gorse bushes and barbed wire while wandering about South Wales. This has become a temporary obsession, sometimes involving dyeing as well. Will be showing some of these at Artweeks, as well as prints and rag rugs.
Sporadic work in bookselling and small publishers throughout early grown-up life. Hons degree in art history in late middle age which led to desire to make things myself. Mainly I produce relief prints, sometimes turning them into small books about eg. badly behaved robots. I also make rag rugs from recycled materials, and other experimental work.
