Marie Shepherd creates sculptures inspired by nature.
She lives and works in a small village in rural Oxfordshire where she is surrounded by undulating Cotswold countryside and the plants and animals it is home to. Her south facing garden on the edge of the village receives regular visits from pheasants and other wildlife that often become the seed of the creative process.
She is an active member of the Oxford Sculptors group and regularly takes part in exhibitions around the country.
