I will be exhibiting at Contemporary Art Fair Surrey on 23-25th February.
Francesca draws inspiration from her environment and her travels. Her work is a response to spectacular and unique landscapes with which she has an emotional connection. The military environment in which she live incorporates some of the most beautiful parts of the British Landscape and yet it is so busy with the machinery of war. It is these contrasts between the natural world and the military machine that inspire her.
Francesca originally trained at the London college of Fashion and had her own wedding dress business. She then studied art firstly at the University of the Highlands and Islands in Scotland and then at Abingdon and Witney College in Oxfordshire. Francesca now continues her professional development at The Seawhite Studios in Partridge Green and is also part of the education team at the New Art Centre, Roche Court in Hampshire.
