The origins of sugar art date back to ancient Egypt and reached elaborate heights during the medieval reign of European monarchs.
Stephanie only discovered a passion and aptitude for this edible art form just two years ago. Since then, she has won two Cake International awards and created custom cake designs for many a delighted client.
Stephanie’s exhibition at The Granary Cafe displays her striking & quirky modelling style with an installation of contemporary show stopping wedding cakes from watercolour concept to finished creation. Stephanie will be demonstrating basic modelling and sugar flower making techniques.
