GDAG (Gaeres Dun Art Group) is a small community based art group that was formed during the first phase of the Covid 19 pandemic to showcase local artist’s work with the prime purpose of displaying during Oxfordshire Artweeks 2021.
The various lockdowns have enabled the participants to indulge in their artistic interests in numerous forms and this exhibition is the result of their labours including, painting, pottery, printmaking, photography, textiles, and many more.
Included within the exhibition are paintings produced by the pupils of Garsington’s CE Primary School on the theme of creativity with the aim being that their collective work becoming a permanent exhibit within the church.
There will also be some demonstrations of visual effects produced using other mediums, with the possibility of hands on interactive exhibits.
Refreshments will be available, donations going towards the church’s roof restoration fund.
