Emma has been working in silver for the past 15 years , Her work focuses on texture,using several techniques , Reticulation, water casting and melting/fusing silver , Emma incorporates found objects and takes inspiration from the natural world to make each piece unique . The current collection of work fuses texture and found sea worn items into necklaces ,rings and earrings .
Andrew started the Yarnton Pottery in 2007 and is producing tin glaze earthenware and reduction fired lustreware
From the colourful brush painted functional tin glaze to the iridescent ceremonial lustreware all the shapes are thrown on the potters wheel and each contemporary design has its roots and often its inspiration in the rich history of this 9th century technique. using an electric kiln and a gas kiln .
