Patrick Lingwood has been rendering stunningly detailed town and cityscapes for over 40 years. His work has been exhibited at the Oxford Museum Hotel and Oxford Arts Society, and his drawings of Bhutan were included in the Bhutanese Royal Collection. Patrick is mastered in precision pen work and his Oxford cityscapes impressively capture the beautiful intricacies of Oxford's architecture. His pictures take many hours of patience and concentration – 50 to 100 hours is typical!
Victoria Sowter dedicates much of her time to art, having taught needlepoint and attended art courses in watercolour, drawing, monoprinting, collage and life-drawing. After years of experimenting with the themes of structure and fluidity in textiles, she is currently exploring other media and approaches. Victoria is skilled in many different media and uses her flare for colour to create intriguing and entrancing images. She has had her work exhibited in Bedford Central Library and the Bunyan Museum, Bedford.
