Once a chemistry teacher, now a regular exhibitor in Artweeks, all my exhibitions are called ‘Voyages of Discovery’ because every painting is a voyage of discovery for me. I love making the voyages. There follow some reactions from visitors who have seen the results. --- ‘A huge pleasure’ - ‘Dreamy and polished at the same time’-- 'Wonderful, subtle use of colour' -- ' Lovely, sensitive work' -- 'Beautiful and inspiring '-- ' Vastly impressed by texture and depth'-- 'Stunning use of the medium' – ‘Space and light' -- 'Restful and elegant' -- 'Strong, robust forms' -- 'Lively and colourful' -- 'You get better each year, Jean!' - 'So many we’d love to take home’ -- 'Such a lovely show!' -- 'Calm, inspiring work' -- 'So glad I came' - 'Really lovely work; very, very good' -- 'Such perfect compositions' -- ‘Thankyou for giving us such a rich experience' – ‘I want to write volumes about the delights - -’. It's all just a short stroll north of Jericho. Why not come and have a look?
