The reading will take place in our gallery hosting The Banana Show.

Robin Vaughan-Williams (London)
Robin is a poet, producer, and poetry improv practitioner. He will be reading from The Manager, which charts the backwaters of managerial reality, and a new sequence imagining Data as a mythological being in the age of AI. He has a background in live literature and runs a youth festival.

Matt Black (Leamington)
Matt reads and performs from his latest collection Fishing Dentures Out of Mashed Potato, including poems about getting older, family, knees and lanyards. Matt writes for adults and children, was Derbyshire Poet Laureate (2011-13), and likes to entertain audiences. He is a very poet, fond of bananas.

Tony Bicât (OX7)
Tony is a filmmaker, lyricist and spoken word artist,
winning awards in all these fields. He has written both
scabrous agit prop poems (Political Filth) but also was
highly commended in The Charm Poetry Competition last year
for his poem The Grey Cat.

Hugh Beattie (Colchester)
Hugh is a traditional oil painter, illustrator, and futurist.

Lucy Coats (Towcester)
Coats has written poems and books for all her life. In 1986 she won the Selfridges/Parker Pen poetry competition, and in 2004 Atticus the Storyteller was shortlisted for the Blue Peter Book Award.
