I began carving wood at Rudolf Steiner School in Derbyshire many moons ago . I now live in South Oxfordshire where I use local Oak and Box for my wall mounted and free standing sculptures . The fish, birds and animals often have inlays of boxwood, ebony and sometimes London plane .
All pieces are numbered on sterling silver hanging tags or inlayed discs . Many of my pieces are in private collections including 43 in the USA .
