Excited to be part of Oxfordshire artist week for the first time. I moved to the lovely village of Waterperry gardens in December 2021. I am thrilled to have my own 17th century semi-converted barn that I use as a studio/gallery. I intend to create a sculpture garden over the next year or two. There is plenty of parking available next door at the Waterperry garden estate. I have a spacious rustic barn that will showcase a variety of my bespoke sculptures nestled along my vintage/antique treasures surrounded by my collection of inspirational art. I have a toilet available. Unfortunately, I am not really set up for wheelchairs. After a visit to me there is the Waterperry gardens to explore (cost involved) and the delicious farm shop. I look forward to welcoming you.
As an artist, nothing makes me happier than seeing someone connect and smile with my work. There’s no better feeling than when we experience a lift of our spirit. When captured, that exquisite moment can transcend our external environment.
Sculpture has given me a feeling of purpose, something that can be enjoyed by so many who will see and feel something for themselves.
I love telling a story, through a sculpture’s personality and character. From the expression of their figure and natural curves, to their face, stance and movement. My passion is in evidence in my art and has always represented my slightly quirky and humorous spirit vision of life. I want my sculptures to connect and trigger reflection with the viewer.
My sculptures draw on my love of figurative expression.
My art has always represented my vision and spirit.
