This is my first in-person exhibition (I exhibited online in 2021 and 2020) - I'll be showing the Lino prints, drawings, and other work that I completed over the past couple of years.
I first dabbled in Lino printing a few years ago, but really took to it in 2020 when, desperate to find something to exhibit for ArtWeeks 2020, I stumbled across my old printing materials in the garage.
It's a versatile hobby that can be done from the kitchen table, and is a great way of turning my rough sketches and half-formed ideas into something more substantial. I’m still learning, finding my way, but am really excited by the possibilities Lino-printing presents;
2018 - Two of my drawings were selected for inclusion in "The Oxford Art Book", edited by Emma Bennett
2020 - "B in Lockdown" shortlisted for the Ashmolean's Artists in Residence, a national competition
2020 - designs featured on the 2nd edition covers of "Gifts for the One who Comes After", and "Hair Side Flesh Side", both by Helen Marshall
