Exhibition information

Art is where I feel safe and at home.
It’s where I process emotion and capture moments.

Each painting holds a moment in time, but what it becomes depends on the person standing in front of it.

What you feel when you encounter art is uniquely yours. Just for you.

For me, art has no rules.
It is a space for reflection, connection, and presence.

Art connects us.

When I paint, it’s my way of showing gratitude to Mother Earth and the Universe.

Artist information

I’m Astrid Melissa Wilson, a contemporary visual artist born in Britain in 1984, with Swedish and French heritage.

Living with undiagnosed mental health challenges until recently has deepened my connection to both art and nature.

Creating helps me stay present and grounded, allowing me to observe my thoughts without judgment.

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers, alongside my son — reminding me of resilience, balance, and what truly matters.
