I work across a variety of mediums and techniques, finding joy in the creative process and the freedom to let each subject guide my choice of materials. This allows me to express the interplay of light, form, texture, and emotion that I wish to communicate through my art. I trained in oil painting and over time, I have taught myself to use charcoal and pastels proficiently. I am particularly drawn to the sculptural qualities of charcoal and enjoy incorporating mixed media into my work. The natural world has always been a profound source of inspiration for me, fuelling a deep connection with my surroundings. I find a unique language and inner strength in trees, flowers, and the landscape—qualities I deeply admire. In addition to landscapes and botanical subjects, I specialise in portraiture, with a particular focus on dog portraits. I am open to commissions and have successfully completed many portraits of people, pets, houses, and landscapes.
I am passionate about the therapeutic potential of art and creativity, especially as a means of supporting mental and physical wellbeing. A passion I have previously pursued through working with two charities offering art as therapy.

I am delighted to be returning to exhibit at the unique Tree Barn in Christmas Common, near Watlington. This year, I will be exhibiting alongside twelve other talented artists, showcasing a diverse range of artworks in various mediums and materials. In addition to the exhibition, workshops and food events will be available, making this a truly unmissable destination.
