Artist information

I am the founder of Artists in Woodstock, an amateur artist, a lover of colour and fashion. In professional life I’m the Chief Experience Officer of creative business Wonderhood Studios.

I’ll be exhibiting as part of the Artists in Woodstock group for Oxfordshire Artweeks, focusing this year on the windows. I’ve painting two portraits specifically for Louise Maybury’s windows, featuring her beautiful dresses worn by Nina of Woodstock in Nina’s nearby garden. And also pastel and acrylic images featuring fashions from No 5 Park Street. Plus I’ve curated the window at the Woodstock Bookshop, with artworks that are inspired by paintings, and featuring my Orbital inspired oils.

If you’re visiting Woodstock, please also pop to The Feathers hotel. As well as enjoying a coffee or cocktail, you can also enjoy the gallery wall that I curated last Summer. Plus, for the ladies, you can see my dancing ladies on display in the loos.

Exhibition information

My recent work is heavily fashion inspired. By designers I love, such as Julia Clancey, or Milia London. And by friends who’s style I admire. I paints mainly in oils, and love exploring different textures. I love impasto, but also smooth creamy colours. Try as I might to keep things simple, I am a paint maximalist!
