Artist information

I initially studied Illustration and now work as a Art & Design Lecturer. My last exhibition was the Oxford Art Society Open in 2024.

Exhibition information

My work centres around the landscape and the nature within it. I seek to represent the landscape combining ink, acrylic, oil pastel primarily with other media incorporated as deemed appropriate on heavyweight paper. My aim is to bring a new view to what we often overlook. Working on A1 size (594mm x 841mm) allows me to produce works which have a clear presence for viewers to engage with.

Some of the influences on my practice are from Anselm Kiefer, Rachel Jones, Sean Scully, the late work of Claude Monet but I am always drawn to works that engage with me.
