Oxfordshire Artweeks portrait artist Tom Croft, who was awarded a Medal of the Order of the British Empire (BEM) in 2021 in recognition of his work initiating and on the Portraits for NHS Heroes project, will appear on Sky Artist of the Year: Masterclass.
