Valerie Petts OAS | Celia Montague OAS | Claire Atkins
Valerie Petts: Having painted mainly in watercolour, I’m now also enjoying oils and acrylics. There will be paintings of Port Meadow, one of my favourite subjects and also from further afield, such as the Lebanon.
Much of my work is to commission which of course I am pleased to discuss. www.valeriepetts.co.uk
Celia Montague's artistic training began with life drawing at the Ruskin under Peter Rhoades and Sarah Simblet, and oil painting with Annie Newnham. She then trained as a portrait painter, doing a two year Diploma in Portraiture at Heatherley's, followed by a year at the Prince's Drawing School. www.celiamontague.co.uk
Claire Atkins: With very little background in art, I joined a community art class about four years ago where I came to love exploring different ways of working. I am particularly drawn to collage and to making pieces using papier-mâché. There is often a humorous element involved not least because they seldom turn out as intended!
